Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping is a flat $6.95 per order. Orders of $50 or more ship free.

Processing time: In-stock orders ship within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Pre-orders: Items marked as pre-order ship as soon as they are available. We'll email you an estimated ship date, and you may cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships.

Delivery: Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email precioushospice@gmail.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
